AromatherapyAromatherapy is an effective technique based on the use of essential oils from plants and flowers to balance mood, fight depression and other ailments. These essential oils can be applied in different ways:

If unbearable itchy skin, geranium essential oil diluted in oil or other base provides quick relief.

Tree essential oil antiseptic, astringent and healing tea. Its properties are very beneficial use for acne. To do this, add four drops on a cotton impregnated usual tonic, always wash your face and apply on pimples after a drop of essential oil of tea tree. Also fits for hair care, as it regulates the activity of the sebaceous glands.

Bergamot essential oil is a very effective oil as an antispasmodic, tonic and digestive stimulant, soothing and antiseptic. It has a delicate green color and a very cool and pleasant citrus scent. Combines well with oils of lavender, jasmine, cypress, lemon, geranium and coriander.

Soothing essential oils, moisturizing and soothing calendula in small quantities. Calendula oil is an excellent natural remedy to relieve burns. It is made by steeping a handful of easily marigold flowers per liter of olive oil and putting it in an airtight glass container for 40 days in a warm but not sunny place. Acts as a vitalizing and can add to skin toners, cellulite creams, lotions for combination or oily skin, hand cream to strengthen brittle nails and shampoos for oily hair. Added to compress or vapor is used to clean skin with acne or impurities.

Peppermint essential oil deodorant, refreshing, soothing and antiseptic. It can be added to the bath to tone and stimulate the skin, but do not use more than a couple of drops, otherwise notice skin cold to warmer water. It has soothing effects on tired legs. Fits for mouthwashes and anti-dandruff shampoos.

Revitalizing essential oil of orange skin, astringent, soothing.

Essential Oil Moisturizer, astringent, healing, skin stimulating, antiseptic and anti-cellulite palmarosa.

Pine Essential Oil Astringent, decongestant and anti-cellulite. It is a powerful antiseptic. Appropriate disinfectant foot baths, sitz baths, etc.. Sandalwood Essential Oil Regenerating and revitalizing skin, nourishing and soothing. Improves breathing and promotes meditation and creativity. It is antidepressant and euphoriant. Improves quality of sleep.





Most essential oils should not be applied in its pure state directly to the skin, as they are highly concentrated and may burn it, to apply necessary before diluting in other oils, known as base oils or water. The base oils not change the scent of the essential oil. Some oils suitable bases are: almonds, peanuts, coconut, avocado.

Avoid contact with eyes. Where do should wash eyes with plenty of water, avoiding rubbing with hands.

Do not confuse essential oils with synthetic oils, the quality is very inferior to essential oils and if applied on the skin can cause burns and allergies.
